2011 City Clerks Conference: Fire Department Issues Presentation
This was presented by Kevin Cornette, Economic Development Director at the 2011 City Clerks Conference in Lexington, Kentucky held
on Friday, April 15, 2011 to provide City Clerks an overview of the Accountability and liabilities associated with Fire Department Operations.
The Goal of the presentation was to provide a general overview of the issues and operations facing fire departments in today's economic climate.
The presentation focused on definitions, NFPA guidelines, ISO Requirements and impacts on Insurance Rates, as well as financial accountability
and reporting.

State Fire School Grant Writing Class
