During the Fiscal Year 2005 each ADD updated the RTCP to include a specific set of resource documents as identified below. This plan shall be utilized as a resource document for the entire region while developing goals and objectives for the transportation system, identifying and evaluating needs, reviewing and documenting projects, and throughout the prioritization/ranking process.
